Any points of this agreement are to be deemed Void where prohibited by law.

A- Description:

•  A1) Subscribing to ContentBuzz.com is not a guarantee of employment.

•  A2) ContentBuzz.com is (optionally) affected in an interconnected database capacity by Pay Pal Instant Payment Notification (IPN), and MembersPro a 3rd Party Membership Access Management System.

•  A3) ContentBuzz.com itself is not a payment processor but, through MembersPro is designed to operate with Pay Pal's IPN notifications.

•  A4) Neither ContentBuzz.com nor MembersPro gains access to your or any credit card information.

• A5) No payment processor, including Pay Pal, is obligated to assist ContentBuzz.com users. Such technical assistance is provided by ContentBuzz.com .

B- Usage:

•  B1) ContentBuzz.com uses MembersPro as a scripted login gateway to manage the members of its web site.

•  B2) ContentBuzz.com collects financial information such as credit card data securely through the Pay Pal Payment Processor. Neither ContentBuzz.com nor MembersPro is liable for the safety of such information. (see section on Limit of Liability).

•  B3) Neither, ContentBuzz.com , Pay Pal or MembersPro allows Adult only content. Therefore, should members engage in Adult Blogs or advertising deemed inappropriate by either Pay Pal, or ContentBuzz.com, their membership will be closed.

•  B4) ContentBuzz.com reserves the right to refuse service to any web site or customer, for any reason.

C- Limitation of Liability:

•  C1) ContentBuzz.com relies on Pay Pal to handle secure Payment Processing. Therefore, neither ContentBuzz.com , nor MembersPro are liable for the safety of such information.

•  C2) ContentBuzz.com assumes no liability for illegal membership data entry nor lost or improperly handled membership login in data. Payments are encrypted via SSL and are handled by Pay Pal.
